We also use a Rotovac 360i steam clean rotary extraction tool versus a standard wand. This amazing machine has a rotary jet extraction power head that utilizes rotating vacuum heads and spray jets to thoroughly deep clean carpet with hundreds of multi-directional cleaning passes. This machine will provide agitation while simultaneously extracting dirty water from the carpet. The Rotovac 360i will clean your carpets much better than a standard wand and will also leave them drier.

What to expect

Pre-Inspection- When the technician arrives he will do a walk through with you and at this time it is best to point out any areas of concern. He will go over the invoice with you before any work is started.

Vacuum- No need to vacuum before we arrive. We will always vacuum before cleaning your carpet. We use a commercial grade vacuum that will be able to lift all loose soils from your carpet.

Pre-Treatment- During pre-inspection we will observe and take note of any areas that might need pre-treatment.

Moving of medium sized furniture- This includes couches, recliners, end tables, etc...

Pre-Spray- Using our truck mounted equipment and hydro-force sprayer, we will apply our cleaning solution directly on the carpet and allow a 10 minute dwell time to ensure the cleaning solution has had time to take effect.

Steam Cleaning- Using our truck mounted machine we will steam clean your carpet with water temperature ranging from 250-300 degrees. This high temperature is essential in lifting tough stains and disinfecting the carpet.

Pile Grooming- When needed, we will thoroughly groom and pattern the carpet with a carpet rake. This will collect any pet hair and/or carpet lint trapped in the fibers.
